This space is getting rusty yet again. I really need to spend more time here. Just spend some time blogging and evaluating the day spent. Then again, internship and catching up with everyone is pretty eating my time. Now that I'm spending more time using the computer at work and spending lesser time using it since when I get home from work my eyes are too strained too focus on the computer. Anyhow here I am to spend some time thinking through my days ever since internship started. How time flies... it’s been a month since internship started. Every weekday I'hv been going through the same old mudane office life. Getting up unwilling by the sound of the alarm, rush to wash up and match something out of the closet which would match how Im feeling and off I go hoping to catch the bus iris informed. Then once I get on, I'll be joining the rest of the sardines till I reach my destination. Getting a seat on the ride is like hitting the jackpot cause its means I get to either sleep or read my book. Then once I get to habourfront I'll always be meeting the usuals so that we could catch the corporate bus. We will always either be catching the 8 or 8.10 bus because anything after 8.20am means we will be missing breakfast together or late. Then the same old motion of switching on the computer to check my mails and most of the time it will be flooded with new mails every morning. But I like that, cause it means that there's work waiting for me. Internship has really opened me up to many lessons. From different aspects of work to the horrifying corporate world of politics. When I was deciding my internship company which was either OGL or RWS-USS & MICE marketing the only factors affecting me was what I would I acheive from the company...experience, reputation etc. But never did I considered politics. I never expected to be getting involved in this now, at my internship. But I guess this is probably gonna make me a stronger person and definitely a more experience one when I officially enter the corporate world in the future. Although sometimes I really feel like crying out but if I had the option to choose R** or O** again I would still stick to R**. Nobody said this is gonna be easy, but Im gonna embrace with whatever I have and make the best out of it. Cause I know this would only mean good to me in the future. So you pokerfaces, wanna play? Game on. My gifts from Internship- I'hv gain 3 new friends. It's funny how 4 different group of people could come together. I am so thankful to have 3 of them to keep me company throughout this internship. Every morning we'll always wait for one another to get onto the bus and during lunch break we'll try to fix our schedule so that we could lunch together. And when work ends, we'll wait for one another and rush for the bus to get out of the island. Another wonderful company Im so thankful for, Ben. We'll try to make it to get onto the same bus to our workplace. Then at work we'll always try to keep each other entertained. However, its a pity we worked at different location in the island. So at times I'll try to make a trip down around his office to have lunch. But its nice to know beside the 3 theres another person there for you at work. Besides internships- Im earning extra moolahs from my side job as a model for a blogshop-dressingdamsel. Thank you Ben for reccommending me to Gabriel( the co-owner/photographer). It feels good to know that I could do a favour for a friend and earn extra for myself. And it was a interest I have as well. So as the chinese proverb says "killed 2 birds with 1 stone" In this case I think I'hv killed more than 2. HAHA! Every photo shoot session I'll always be having my loyal company around. I know how boring sometimes it could get, but you'll always be there. Then after a long day you'll always be sending me home safe. Thank you my imitation chip and dale(: I guess that's how life is, always full of unexpected surprises. Like how I never expect loving one like you. Or ending up with a group of unknown and actually loving their company. Or even ending up in this state for my internship. Come what may, imma embrace with what I have and make the best of of it.(: There's still plenty of things I'll like to say but the clock's ticking and Im left with lesser and lesser time every single time I type. Tonight I wanna cry

Its 1.48 in the morning.
Im tired. But, I cant turn in.
Im amazed how you could just shut me out knowing how I felt about today.
I went dinner, like you wanted. You know these wasnt the kind of thing I enjoyed but I went for you. During dinner I watched how the men on the table treated their ladies and I know you were sort of pressured with the displayed shown and with a little more push you gentleman up. Still, I appreciated it. Head home and during our movie, you said you wanted to meet your friend. We dont meet each other as often and since im here why not chill longer when we could? I hold back everything. You wasn't sensitive to whatever that was happening. And during the movie, I just played along because I didnt want to ruin the only few times we could spent together. When I got home you just sent me goodnight messages. I am tired too but you dont see me turning in just like that.
Without this blog, I think I would have turned nuts.

In short, I worked out in the morning, and stoned the whole afternoon.

I am entering the working class life

Hell yeah. I am entering the working class life for the next couple of months.
Im a little nervous, upset I'll be missing everyone in school , but im definitely more than excited to welcome this new semester with my first intership @ RWS,USS marketing.
I really hope things turn out well. Hoping they would give me interesting projects to handle so I'll be able to gain more exposure in this line. And hope I'll be able to meet nice people along the way to assist me through this couple of months. Cross fingers x.

Time to get myself to bed, although im not at all sleepy.

Say hello to good/bad old memories

So I was chatting with a certain someone about bunnies.
I really miss my bunnies alot,alot.
I miss those times I'll bring snow out of his cage and I'll just cradle him in my arms sitting at the stairs and just telling him how my day went. Sometimes when it gets real bad I would cradle him longer than usual. But snow has never fidgit before. And he would just lie in my arms and listen to whatever I had to say. He cant say anything but somehow I could feel it.
I also miss the times when my bunnies reproduce and 3times everyday I had to carry up the mother bunny and place those little bunnies on her stomach so that they could feed on her milk.
Its a really interesting process just watching those furless, eye shut bunnies develop into an adult bunny.
I miss them:(
Hope snow is doing fine in bunnyland.

And omg internship is beginning in less than a day time!
Time sure flies.
The start of internship means less time spend with friends and loved ones.
I hope internship wont eat up our time too much. So we could still meet up often.

Today is the last day of your life

So here I am sitting cross legged on my comfy bed snugged under the blanket sniffing and wipping my tears away and giving this post some thought and typing this down.
Just awhile ago I was catching HIMYM, Season 6 episode 14.
It was an episode when Marshall learnt that his father had just passed away from an heart attack. In that episode, the funeral was held and a church ceremony was conducted for the decease and he had to make a speech with the theme 'the last words' that was said by his dad to him. And this episode impacted me greatly.
I never really had someone close passing away. Im really glad everyone is fine and doing just great being in a pink of health and all. But life is full of uncertainty and you'll never know what's in for you next. I'm not saying that I should get myself emotionally prepared for death situations. It just made me treasure the special ones around me more.
Cos' what if today is the last day of our life? Would you be able to leave this place with no regrets?

And with this in mind I would like to apologise to someone I just texted and flared at. For whether who was right or wrong just, sorry.

Am now skiving off for the moment to give this space a little more life.

So once again the mugging period has arrived.
Given 1 week to mug for 2 modules of Accounts and M.I.C.E.
It doesn't sound as bad with just 2 modules in hand, but 1 module that has numbers related, now thats a drag. But at least M.I.C.E isn't turning me off just yet ALTHOUGH the number of lectures to cover is not in my favour.

Okay, now back to work.

After months of pondering I'hv decided to revive this little space of mine. Despite being occupied with school etc I still needed a place where I could rant to at least make myself feel better. And thus this little space is revived!

Reflection
It's been a rough week of results, project week, meeting expectation, testing patience and the list goes on. And no I didnt enjoy my week besides a particular day(monday) and you know why. Thank you love.
Although Im glad all these are finally over Im pretty sure in years to come Im still gonna look back and say "hey Im so glad I went through this."
This week I'hv learnt with my many impulsive acts I regreted. And so I shall SHALL improve with the first step of managing my temper no matter what the situation is even if someone is being a bitch.

I'm over at San Francisco right now.
And I cant believe how cold it is. I wasnt prepared for the freezing weather here.
Yesterday we headed to Yosemite Valley and surprisely it was snowing!
The weather was good though

Today we headed to the winery at Napa Valley and toured around central San Francisco not forgetting fisherman's Wharf.

Tomorrow its gonna be a long journey back to LA again,

So the actual plan today was to head to the immigration place to collect my new passport for my America trip then meet the girls at amore. However the amazing queue made me waited for a straight whole 3 and a half hours.

It's been almost a month since I last updated.

I shall update on how I got my new sunburnt face/hands/legs/arms....ENTIRE BODY!
We were out shooting MV and after the two days,

But it's pretty much a failure. It was kinda blocked by the greeneries around.

Been pretty caught up with projects and housework this week because I'hv been home alone while the rest went on holiday( well sorta), brother yearly competition yet again and parents left to support.Which left me sacrificing my Sunway Lagoon trip with them for projects.Boohoo.

And so I googled on it and found this.

My dear Shroomy, Not earthworms but sea worms!! When auntie was your age - I presume you are sweet 16- my Laska man, who comes around with an earthen pot of laksa gravy slung over his bamboo pole on one end and his ingredients and crockeries on the other end, has a little white bulging cloth bag thrown inside his pot of Laksa gravy. He said he place sea worms (the type you find on the sea shore sand) in the bag to prevent his gravy from turning sour. In those days i.e. 50/60 years or more, hawkers move around on foot and refrigeration was out the question.

My domestic helper is going to leave after serving us for more than 10 years.Her hubby wants her back and thus she's leaving.She's unwilling to but she has a family back there and theres no reason why she should still stay since they want her back.

It was roughly 2 week ago that mum broke the news that she had to leave in roughly 1 month time.And that point of time I was upset, but it hasnt totally sink in.

I was having physchology tutorial when my phone started vibrating.
After class I returned mum's called and she broke the news that Aunt Rezie(maid) had to leave the next morning because her brother met in a car accident and passed away.Thus she has to leave immediately.
It was so abrupt, I wasnt prepared for it. Theres so much running through my head.
I'm not good at expressing myself verbally and so I decided to type a letter to her.
It was extremely tormenting typing how I felt yet had to suppress my emotions not displaying it. Once I got back home all I heard are packing noises of her zipping her luggages and shutting of containers... And now that she's done with packing she started cleaning up the house hoping she can finish any undone work. ):

Roughly 2 weeks ago I was at my cousin's place taking some pictures because they were gonna move out.
And the day I went was their last night there.
My cousin was so cute, she kept complaining that nobody what this is gonna be her house.

I hate my new time table!

Previously, 6pm was the latest my class would end.
Now, its 7pm. I know you would say, its just a difference of an hour right?
Alright fine.Then lets not go there.
How bout having a cds which requires you to attend 2 lectures, while the others just 1?
And not only that, besides the regular tutorial classes I'hv to be back in school during the holidays for lab classes. FML

All thanks to my new cds: Life Sciences & You.
This subject is designed to create an awareness of the life sciences, its applications and impact on the lives of people. It will cover the current developments in the different areas of the life sciences as well as the related legal, social, moral and ethical issues and implications.

Im really interested in the legal,social,moral and ethical issues being covered, and therefore it was placed as my first choice during the cds selection. At the beginning I wanted Law, but its a pity they didnt offer it. So the next alternative would be this.At least I see something related to legal issues :D

Im already starting to regret after looking at the timetable.
Tomorrow I'll be attending my first Life Sciences lecture, I hope it wouldnt disappoint me.
Because my 2nd choice: Intro to Pyschology

OMG! I SAW MY LOVE LAST NIGHT!!!!

After CYA orientation yesterday we headed to town.
So we crossing the traffic light heading to Plaza Singapura.
So while crossing the road I spotted someone wearing a somewhat hip hop streetstyle wear with a cap and wore a thick black spectacles. Then I thought to myself,

WAIT A MINUTE ISNT THAT...

OMG, it is really him! SCREAMS!As much as I wanted to take out my cam and started acting like a paparazi I thought I shouldnt and give him a litte privacy. awww, am I nice? :D

Picnic with the girls.

So it was Wifey's birthday a couple of days back.(monday)

So we headed to Marina Barrage for a picnic.
It was all our virgin trip there and so we took quite awhile to figure our way.

Headed to Courts today to get a new printer.
PHEW!
At least now i dont have to worry about not getting my work printed out.
My previous printer kept disappointing me with poor quality prints.
Anyways, since i had a little more time to spare we headed to the camera section to take alook.
Umm...
im considering these few cameras.
impressiveeeeee(:

DSLR
OR
the Semi-Pro ones.

At first i only had DSLR cameras in mind.
But after thinking deeper...
im not familar with the functions of it yet, and dslr cameras are bulky to start of with.
And so maybe i should consider a Semi-pro camera.
BUT, if i really do get a semi-pro camera im afraid i might regret it in the future.
ayeeee.

While getting ready for school in the early morning
my radio was was turned on, and immediately after the song has played there was a news reporting that Michael Jackson is dead.

Currently im in the school libaray.Yes,i skipped lecture.
And thank god i did.
Because the lecture was only 15 minutes long.what a waste of time.I miss proper classes during secondary school...
And now another class would be cancelled.ayeeee.
Am waiting for Silas to come over the library.

My brain juices are almost running dry.
when one project is done, another comes and then stacks on top of it.
Theres a part of me regretting choosing this course.
I love my classmates, well...I kinda like what im studying.(most of it)
I just dont get why must there be projects on every single subject there is.
And what upset me more was when r/s with my groupmates almost turned sour.
